The following terms and conditions govern all the services and products that Bellavista Camper Service (hereinafter referred to as BCS) promotes through its website and make available during the stay of the customer in the structure. Please read this agreement carefully before you book a pitch with BCS. By booking or using any service that BCS offers, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contract. If you do not accept all terms and conditions of this contract, then you can not use any of our services. BCS has the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, it is recommended the customer to verify the updated version prior to his stay at the property. At check in the client can always ask for a paper copy of this Terms & Conditions.


Context of service:

BCS is an equipped area for camper, caravan, motorhome and similar vehicles for tourist use. It provides a temporary stay service, whose price list defines the cost of a single pitch per night. The reservation of the client refers to the main service of temporary stay (pitch), all other services free of charge or for a fee are additional services offered by the property.


Costs retail and payment methods:


The cost of the pitch always includes:

– Camper and 4 adults (children free, added adult € 2/day)

– Loading drinking water

– Drain gray and black water

– Electric energy

– Access to all the services available in the area

Check in / Check out:

Check in before 8.00 pm

Check out within 24 hours from arrival

You can request a late check out at a cost of € 5, after checking availability.



You can book a pitch with the payment of 50% advance, by bank transfer or Paypal.

The balance is due at check in, via credit card or cash.

If the client is not arriving within the first day booked, the reservation will be canceled and BCS is free to assign the pitch to other customers.

For stays in July and August, reservations are only allowed for a minimum of 5 nights.

If you have a discount card, the discount will be applied entirely on the amount of the balance, showing your card at check in.


On site payments: BCS accepts cash and credit cards.


Refund policy

In the event of cancellation by the client, regardless of the circumstances the following applies:

  • 60+ days prior to check in – 30% of the advance will be refunded
  • 0-60 days prior to departure – None refundable

In the event of cancellation by BCS for any possible reason, then all funds that have been paid to BCS will be refunded.



BCS accepts no liability for external services used by the client in the organization of his tour, this includes transportation to and from BCS or excursions operated by third parties. It’s client liability to ensure he have all the relevant travel documentation to get to the camper area within the booked period.

BCS reserves the right to make last minute changes to the park area, due to unforeseen circumstances. For example, any natural disaster; damage or malfunction of the services in the park. BCS shall not be liable for any errors beyond its control. This applies to natural disasters, bad weather, civil wars and accidents or non-performance by third parties or any circumstances outside the control of BCS. The price of the pitch does not change if one of the services in the structure is damaged or malfunctioning, except for the loading / unloading service and the electrical connection.

The client must leave the pitch in the same condition it was when he arrived and he is required to refund or replace any missing or destroyed items, with other of similar species and of equal value.

BCS is regularly assured, the guarantee covers the damages for which the insured (BCS) is obliged to respond to customers, in accordance with articles. 1783, 1784, 1785 bis of the Italian Civil Code, by subtraction, destruction or deterioration of the things delivered or not delivered. Excluded are money, valuables, vehicles (except camper etc), boats in general and things contained in them.

It is client liability to personally look after his own health insurance and do not leave valuables unattended.


Behavior inside Bellavista Camper Service

Drugs or any illegal substances are forbidden.

The client shall behave according to the laws of the country he is in.

The clients shall not use the park except for permitted use and shall not behave during his stay in any offensive, dangerous, illegal, immoral or improper way. The clients shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to guests or staff on the Park.

Violating these terms may lead for the client to be asked to leave the Park, without any refund.
